Art, School, and Wedding Plans

At Timpview were I work, they've been having an art show that just finished today. It featured numerous pieces done by the High School students. I have to say that I was very impressed with the talent these kids have. One student even built a wooden king-size bed! I feel that my abilities as an artist hardly compare with some of those pieces that I saw at the show.

I started taking my TV math class this week. Basically how it works is I watch the lectures on a VHS tape and then I take tests. It's pretty good so far, except that I have to sit at a TV with headphones on in the library listening to a math professor that I can't even ask questions. We'll see how that goes.

I think me and Summer are pretty much done with most of the wedding plans. We(Summer) picked out our invitations and so we just have to go through the grueling process of addressing them and licking them and sending them. I'm reminded of that Seinfeld episode where Susan licks all those envelopes with the toxic glue and dies. I'll just make sure that Summer and I have a number for poison control handy.

You only think the wedding planning is done because you are not the girl in this relationship. You'll probably never know what it's like to have to actually plan the wedding. Yes, you've helped, but trust me, you have no idea. You have been a great support when I've been stressed, though, and that has meant the most to me. Don't forget to look up the poison control number.
