The diseased states

As I sit here at my computer at home, I think about the many things plaguing the country. (pause) Now that I'm done with that I'll think about something worthwhile to write about. It has come to my attention that Florida has become what I'd like to call a "diseased state".

A diseased state is a state where society is poisoned by the amount of crappy things that happen there. Unfortunately this last year has not been too good for Florida. With wave after wave of crazy things happening there it's no surprise that the state is becoming crippled.

First was the hurricane craze, where hurricanes just seemed to want to line up and smash the crap out of Florida. We also had people seeing the Virgin Mary in a sandwich that ended up selling on eBay for almost $30,000. You can see, a whole lot of weird stuff is going on.

Now add the Terri Schiavo incident and the woes of Florida go way up. Republicans who don't like the government were asking for the government to intervene? Isn't that one of the signs of the Apocalypse? She finally passed away. After almost two weeks I was beginning to think she was immortal. That left the state open for its next big thing.

This turned out to be pedophilic murderers. So now people in Florida have to worry about the growing trend of sex offenders trying to kill their children. It's sad really.

This disease is apparently contagious. Now it looks as though Georgia is following in its footsteps. Two children mysteriously die and now a woman is missing after she was apparently jogging. I'm living in Utah and we've seen that before. Hey guys in Georgia, check to see if her fiance purchased a new mattress recently.

It seems that every state becomes diseased every once in a while and weird things happen there. California is one(though I think they could have a chronic illness) Texas occasionally. Every state seems to have its time.

So hopefully the disease can be contained in Florida and Georgia and it doesn't start filtrating down into the other states.
