Mac or Pc? That is the question.

Okay, now the debate has been raging for as long as I can remember. Now I have been forced to analyze the debate myself. I am in the market for a new laptop and I'm really having trouble deciding whether I choose a Mac or PC. Now I know that this debate has ruined many a relationship. Divorce, disownment, and shunning have been the results of whatever preference someone has for a computer.

Right now the Multimedia Dept. at UVSC is trying to start a laptop initiative, the idea being that every student has their own laptop. I'm going into the film and television track and so I'm leaning towards a Mac. However, I'm still not sure.

I need your help. Which should I choose, Mac or PC? Please leave me a comment telling me why you like the one you do. Points for whoever comes up with the most creative reason.
